I just wanted to share two loving pastel rainbow creations I made over the week..
This is a pastel rainbow chiffon cake creation for a little boy who loves Paw patrol...
and a dear auntie who loves line dancing (erm.. cowboy hat ^_^)!
Both are 7-colour Pastel Rainbow Chiffon Cakes with hidden surprises in them, based on the original pastel rainbow chiffon cake recipe.
I baked extra chiffon cakes to cut out a cute blue paw, as well as hat. The hat is made baking chiffon cake in purple and yellow layers in a paper baking cup, with the base cut from a layer cake using a big round cutter.

Wow, those cakes sound adorable and really creative! Reading about all the colorful layers made me want a sweet escape myself, so I decided to take a break and tried spin macho.
