This is an improved, updated version of the Elmo Pandan Chiffon Cake I made a while ago. It is made similar to previous, except that now I was a little more confident with cake cutting and carving, hence was able to cut a more complex outline for the Elmo face from the previous cake. Thankful cake was well-received.
