It's been a while I made the Unicorn Chiffon Cake! =) Unicorn cakes are one of the prettiest creations around! This is a unicorn with very long, beautiful flowing hair! =p It was for my close mummy friend's daughter Rebecca a while back. Very sorry for the belated posting =p.

Very thankful the cake was well-received! I am always so thankful and warmed when the recipient shares photos of the happy and beaming kids with the cake.

ReplyDeleteI am wondering how will the side of your cake can remain it's colour and do not turn brownish yet it's not underbaked?
I tried low heat as 140C, for 40 mins in 6incches pan... the side and top and bottom still turn brownish where it's still underbaked? Cos it's sticky on the top after few hours it's cooled down.
Hope you could enlighten me.
