This Basics book is different from the first two Chiffon cake books in that it is centered around the Basics techniques (around 14) of Deco Chiffon Cakes. There are detailed step-by-step pictures for every recipe (e.g. bottom panel in the poster). The additional step pictures are also accompanied with special Deco/Troubleshooting tips for tricky steps in the recipe.

Hopefully this will help bakers and especially beginners alike master the Basic key techniques of Deco Chiffon Cakes. Here is the book cover!

      Cheaper than other online store in indonesia that sell import book. As far as I know. Coz I already becoming permanen member. And i bought alot since 2014. And now I order Miss Ng Susanne 3rd book..... still OTW thooooo. :) BTW your book freaking amazing..... trully worth buying Ms Susanne

      Hi Yes the idea for this book was originally for Popular Malaysia. But let me check it up for you. It should reach Malaysia in November, typically it's around 1 month after the Singapore launch. Otherwise, it should also be available at Naiise and Kinokuniya. Thank you!
