
This is the second in my series of Fall/Halloween themed macarons and it is 3D! Each pumpkin is filled with pumpkin spice latte ganache, non-dairy whipped cream, Biscoff crumbs and Malteser. I used my default Swiss meringue method recipe for macaron shells and adapted the ganache recipe from Marina.
