Someone requested for large dog breed choux pastries and this was what I came up with!
Husky, Doberman and Labrador Retriever!
Huskies!
Labrador retrievers!
Dobermans!
I used my default recipe which can also be found in my Deco Choux Pastries book. Simple round choux buns and eclairs with crispy craquelin on top are transformed into these lively dogs. The filling flavour requested was chocolate so I made chocolate diplomat cream.
