Reindeer Macaron Carousel Masterclass

So I am finally brave enough to conduct a macaron class for macaron carousel! I thought I would begin with Christmas themed carousel for my very first masterclass. Presenting my version of reindeer carousel!

This is an intensive course that spans over two days. You may ask why can't we finish it in a day? Technically speaking you can, but I want to focus on techniques for a whole lot of things in the areas of techniques for different methods of making macaron shells, different post-baking decorative techniques and two types of filling.
