Lemon Retro Chiffon Cake
3 egg yolks
4 tsp castor sugar (15g)
2 tbsp oil (30g)
2 tbsp water (30g)

1/3 cup cake flour (45g)
3 egg whites
1/5 cup castor sugar (40g)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar or lemon juice
