I actually made this barnyard cake at the start of this year for a lovely friend! Still clearing my backlogs as I have difficulty blogging. The 'Farmhouse cake on a hill' is now in 'Creative baking: Chiffon Cakes'.
And the Sheep yoghurt chiffon pops will be in the new cookbook in the pipeline, Deco chiffon cakes!
It’s actually my second barnyard cake (my original 2-tier Barnyard here) so you may find some of the dear animals familiar, such as the pigs and the cow.
Here, I had fun going further to experiment with making a duck pond in the pandan hill! And making small yellow ducks, cut from cake pops.
