The second chiffon book covers more innovative 3D patterns, cutie animals and festive cakes! With an extended 6-page troubleshooting FAQ section for creative chiffons, as well as free basic chiffon recipe for beginners to try.   5. Hai Susanne How come your cake become so clean ? I bake a chiffon also but when i take the cake from the pan it have a brown outer layer

    1. Thanks its temperature control, you may want to refer to the temperature reduction method in the cookbooks. If you still have problems, try lowering the temperature and baking longer. As every oven heat is different. thanks!

    1. Thanks, try lowering the temperature and baking longer, as every oven heat is different, need to optimize a little. Maybe start at 150 or 140 deg? Thanks!
